Priority subcontracting package
Dry partitions, linings, suspended ceilings and service enclosures. Our crews work on large areas as well as on finishing details, meeting the flatness and acoustic standards expected on commercial and institutional sites.
Priority subcontracting package
Substrate preparation and making good, interior and exterior application, decorative finishes. The quality of a finish is decided before the paint goes on: we treat the substrate with the same rigour as the finish.

Laying hard and soft floor coverings on every type of substrate: large-format tiling, solid and engineered wood flooring, vinyl and linoleum for buildings open to the public.

Internal and external thermal insulation, treatment of junctions and reveals, and improved acoustic comfort. Planned together with the facade and drywall packages rather than in isolation.
Complete renovation of apartments, houses and commercial premises. A single point of contact runs every package, from start to handover, with the schedule held and the site kept clean.
Facade restoration, renders, ashlar stone treatment and external wall insulation. Our crews have worked on heritage facades as well as on contemporary buildings.
Renewal and installation of electrical and sanitary services as part of full renovations: distribution, boards, supplies, waste, kitchen and bathroom equipment.
Interior and exterior joinery, doors, storage and bespoke fitted furniture. Interior fit-out is treated as a package in its own right, in continuity with the finishes.
