The project
A full renovation around an exposed brick wall and the original cement tiles.
A complete renovation delivered in four weeks: insulation, electrical and plumbing networks, plasterwork, painting, floor coverings and the shower room. The cement tiles and the brick party wall were kept exposed and set against plain white walls, which gives a small flat a character that new-build cannot reproduce.
