The project
A full renovation that keeps the period features of the flat intact.
A complete renovation carried out in four weeks, all trades handled by RIVEX: insulation, electrical and plumbing networks, plasterwork, painting, floor coverings and the shower room. The marble fireplace, the cornices and the panelled doors — repainted in a soft green — were kept and brought back into play against the new white walls and light flooring.
